Is seating assigned?Seating is on a first come first served basis. Luckily, the space is designed in a way that allows for the audience to get a full view of the immersive experience. Guests will be seated at least 15 minutes before the show begins.

How long is the run of the show?We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before show begins to ensure you are admitted into the space. Once the show begins, we are unable to allow entry as it will affect the flow of the show. The show is approximately 30-45 minutes long.

What can we expect?This is a new approach to book readings as the author will tell the story of Elizabeth Keckley through a multi-media platform of light, sound, music, visual display and live performance. This is not recommended for individuals sensitive to the above mentioned modules. Event is limited to 21+ and over only at this time. Event offers after show mixer with cash bar and music.

Where do we park?The space is located in downtown Los Angeles and there is street side parking throughout. We recommend that you put this intro consideration to ensure that you arrive on time. We'd hate for you to miss the show so please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes ahead.
